When to go back to work.
Stay home when you are sick.
Prevent coworkers, guests and homeowners from getting sick.
If you have been sick, be sure all 3 of these items are true before going back to work:
- You have had no fever for at least 24 hours after your fever (100.4 degrees or higher) is gone without taking medicine.
- Other symptoms have improved
- At least 10 days have passed since your symptoms first appeared.
If you have come into contact with someone with COVID-19
-- If it was close contact, stay home for 14 days.
-- If it was not close contact, continue to work but monitor your health for 14 days.
Get tested for COVID-19 if you have been sick. Contact your local hospital or health department for testing locations and how to get tested.
